SUMMER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

The fee for 2021 is $25.  If you require the mandatory name tag, the cost is an additional $7.


This year we are offering two methods of payment. 


1.  e-transfer (our preferred method - you can do it from the comfort of your home and avoid registration line-ups.)
2. cash - EXACT cash as we have limited ability to make change.  Bring this during registration week.

The instructions for cash payments are as follows:

1.  Payments are accepted at the Bath courts from ... to ...
    Payments will be accepted ...
2. Place your cash in an envelope.
3. On the outside of the envelope (the front of the envelope) write VERY clearly:
    your name, email, contact phone number, municipality you live in and state if it is a RENEWAL or a NEW membership.
    Include in the envelope (new members only) a signed waiver form that you can print  by going to the website
    www.bathpickleball.ca. 

The instructions for email registration and e-transfer payment are as follows.
  
1. Send an  email to bathpickleball@gmail.com with the following information:  your name, email, contact phone number,
   municipality you live in and
state if it is a RENEWAL or a NEW membership. 
2. Send e-transfer to bathpickleball@gmail.com.
3.  For new membership, bring a signed waiver form  to one of the registration days at the Bath courts.
    The waiver form is found on our website www.bathpickleball.ca.
