- Loyalist Golf and Country Club
- Cocktails at 5:00 pm
- Dinner at 6:30 pm
- Dance 7:30 to 10 pm with DJ "Chico and the Machine"

- Salad/ Dinner Rolls
- Served entree: your choice of beef or chicken with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- For vegetarians: a stir-fry is available
- Buffet style dessert and coffee/tea
Pricing
- For members: $27 which includes a $7.00 subsidy
- For non-member guest (i.e. significant other): $34.00

- Exact cash only in an envelope with your name(s) and your guest name and the entree choice(s). Envelopes will be collected at the courts for the first 30 minutes of each session starting Friday September 13 and ending Saturday September 21 by members of the executive committee: Betty-Ann C., Nalini W., Anna S., Mike M., Darwin G., Judy J., and other designated volunteers.
