Executive Committee

We are an adult Pickleball club organized for fun, fitness and enjoyable exercise.

Club Executive
Members of the Executive Committee are volunteers, and typically serve for two years.
 Current incumbents are:
  • President: Tim Salmon
  • Vice President - Social:  Janice Clapp
  • Vice President - Treasurer:  Anna Salmon
  • Vice President - Equipment: Mike Mountenay
  • Vice President - Indoor:  Judy Janzen
Member Volunteer Responsibilities
It is not expected that the Executives will do all the work in their areas of responsibility. Rather they will organize the work, acquire assistance as required, implement and be responsible to the Executive. This requires a clear understanding by all club members that if we have problems in acquiring volunteers that members  may be asked directly to help out. We are confident that based on past practices that this will not be a problem as it is recognized as being fair to everybody and the only refusals that we have had have been for very legitimate reasons.
Communications with Members
On occasion, prior to implementing new policy the Executive Committee will communicate via email with the Club membership. In an email the Executive Committee will describe the issue and inform the membership of the proposed new policy. All members are invited to respond with their comments. The Executive Committee will consider these comments in implementing any new policy. Non responses will be considered as approving of the proposed new policy.
The Executive will also communicate “information” emails to keep Club membership informed.
